How to change the address on your health card, driver’s licence, and/or vehicle permit online.
If you have moved, you need to change the address on your health card, driver’s licence and vehicle permit (the green ownership document).
After you have updated your address:
By law, you must update your driver’s licence and vehicle permit within 6 days of your address changing.
You must also update the address on your health card within 30 days of your address changing, so that the Ministry of Health has your new address on file.
You can update the address on all of your documents online at the same time.

Your driver’s licence will arrive in the mail in 4-6 weeks.
No delivery. You have to pick it up in person at a ServiceOntario centre. Bring your current licence and original vehicle permit with you. A replacement fee may be charged if you do not bring your existing permit with you.
No delivery. You can keep using your existing health card because there is no address on the physical card.
You need to update the address on your health card so the Ministry of Health, who administers OHIP (Ontario Health Insurance Plan), has your new address on file.
